90% Grey Duck Down

We select the core down-producing areas of the grey duck's abdomen, neck and wings, and process them through a refined combing process to completely retain the natural "reed down flower" structure. 90% of the filling is high-purity grey duck down fiber, whose spherical surface is distributed with a dense network of micron-sized triangular pores, forming an air insulation layer with dynamic temperature regulation. When the ambient temperature fluctuates, the down fibers automatically expand or contract with changes in body temperature, efficiently absorbing the hot and humid gases emitted by the human body, while effectively blocking the infiltration of cold air from the outside, achieving precise temperature control around the clock. Compared with ordinary feather fillings, the natural animal protein fiber of gray duck down has better fluffiness and resilience. While providing efficient warmth retention performance, it significantly reduces the weight burden of clothing, ensuring that the wearer gets a professional-level comfort experience.

  • This 90% grey duck down is mainly suitable for clothing produced with textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and as fillings. In this type of clothing, other fillings are allowed for relatively small parts such as plackets, pocket flaps, hoods, collars, etc., but these other fillings must comply with the corresponding national mandatory standards, such as GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products". The main parts of the clothing, such as the body, sleeves, etc., should be filled with down. For woven infant down clothing, this 90% grey duck down is also applicable and follows the relevant standards. However, knitted infant down clothing must comply with FZ/T 73025-2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing" standard, and FZ/T 73053-2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" does not apply to infant products. Therefore, the use of this 90% grey duck down in knitted infant down clothing must refer to the above applicable standards. Inapplicable products:This 90% grey duck down is not suitable for garments that are filled with down and fiber blends, or that are filled with fiber in layers or partitions. Since there are currently no national or industry standards for down and other fiber blends, if companies have such needs, they need to formulate corporate standards based on their actual conditions to regulate product production.

  • Down products have all the advantages. The hollow fibers build a high-quality insulation and cold-proof structure with first-class warmth retention. The texture is soft and comfortable to wear. It is easy to store and carry. The fluffy performance is good, the clothes are not easy to deform and wrinkle, and they look natural when worn. It has excellent ability to handle sweat, can quickly absorb and discharge, and keep dry.

  • 1. Pretreatment of debris: Use debris pretreatment equipment to pretreatment the down raw materials, effectively remove the mixed debris, and ensure the quality of the processed raw materials.

    2. Preliminary dust treatment: Use the preliminary dust treatment equipment to pretreatment the down that has completed the debris pretreatment to reduce the dust residue.

    3. Detailed classification operation: With the help of detailed classification equipment, the down after the preliminary dust treatment is carefully classified into down, large, medium and small hair pieces, and large and small wing stems.

    4. Deep cleaning link: Use the deep cleaning equipment to add down-specific cleaning agents during the cleaning process, deeply clean the down, and remove various pollutants.

    5. Dehydration operation process: Use the dehydration equipment to dehydrate the down after deep cleaning to quickly reduce the moisture content of the down.

    6. Drying and deodorization process: Use the drying and deodorization equipment to dry the dehydrated down, and at the same time achieve deodorization and a certain disinfection effect.

    7. Cooling and re-deodorization: With the help of cooling and re-deodorization equipment, the dried down is cooled and the residual impurities are removed again.

    8. Quality inspection process: According to the quality inspection standards, the down products after cooling and impurity removal are inspected to ensure that the products meet the standards.

    9. Packaging and storage steps: The down products that have passed the quality inspection are packaged according to different varieties using packaging equipment and then properly stored.
