80% Grey Duck Down

The fine down from the abdomen, neck and wings of high-quality grey ducks is carefully selected. The down has a natural reed-like fluffy structure, forming a natural warmth-keeping layer with the flaky feathers. Its core is an animal protein fiber base, and the surface of each down is densely covered with tens of thousands of tiny triangular pores, forming a dynamic breathing insulation system - the fiber relaxation degree is intelligently adjusted with the changes in body temperature, contracting to lock in the temperature when it is cold, and expanding and ventilating when it is hot, realizing all-weather circulation and heat storage. The unique hollow structure can efficiently absorb the heat energy dissipated by the human body, and build an air insulation layer to effectively block the penetration of external cold air, bringing light and imperceptible warm protection.

  • It is mainly used in clothing products with textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and down as the main filling. In this type of clothing, other fillings are allowed to be used for relatively small areas such as plackets, pocket flaps, hoods, collars, etc., but these alternative fillings must strictly comply with the requirements of relevant national mandatory standards, such as GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products". The main parts of the clothing, such as the body and sleeves of the clothing, are filled with down to ensure the warmth performance and quality of the product. In terms of applicable objects, this standard also applies to infant down clothing made by woven technology. However, for infant down clothing made by knitting technology, the implementation standard is FZ/T 73025-2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing". It should be noted that FZ/T73053-2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" does not apply to infant knitted down clothing products. In terms of inapplicable objects, this standard clearly does not apply to clothing products filled with mixed down and fiber. At present, there is no national standard or industry standard for mixed down and other fiber filling in China. Therefore, if an enterprise is involved in the production of such products, it is necessary to formulate corresponding enterprise standards based on its actual situation to regulate the production process and quality requirements of the products.

  • Down products have many characteristics. The hollow design of the fiber gives it excellent warmth and cold protection, forming an effective protection. The light and soft material makes it very comfortable to wear and easy to store and carry. It has excellent fluffiness, and the clothes remain flat for a long time, not easy to wrinkle, and look natural and beautiful when worn. It performs well in moisture absorption and perspiration, and can quickly take away sweat and maintain a dry environment.

  • 1. Initial screening operation: Use the initial screening equipment to perform initial screening on the down raw materials, filter out the mixed impurities, and prepare for subsequent processing.

    2. Initial dust removal: The down that has completed the initial screening is subjected to initial dust removal through the initial dust removal equipment to improve the cleanliness of the down.

    3. Accurate classification process: With the help of accurate classification equipment, the down after the initial dust removal is accurately classified into down, feathers of different specifications and wing stems.

    4. Professional cleaning process: Use professional cleaning equipment, add professional down cleaning fluid during cleaning, professionally clean the down to remove grease, dust and odor.

    5. Quick drying operation: Use quick drying equipment to quickly dry the professionally cleaned down to reduce the moisture in the down.

    6. Drying and sterilization process: The down feathers that have been quickly spun are dried using drying and sterilization equipment to achieve the effects of drying, sterilization and deodorization.

    7. Cooling and impurity cleaning steps: Use cooling and impurity cleaning equipment to cool the dried down and clean the remaining impurities.

    8. Quality inspection process: According to the quality inspection standards, the down products after cooling and cleaning are inspected to ensure product quality.

    9. Packaging and warehouse management: Down products that have passed the quality inspection will be packaged according to different varieties using packaging equipment, and then stored.
