In this type of clothing, other filling materials are allowed to be used in relatively small areas such as plackets, pocket flaps, hoods, collars, etc., but these filling materials must strictly comply with the requirements of relevant national mandatory standards, such as GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products". The main parts of the clothing, such as the body and sleeves, are filled with down to ensure that the product's warmth retention performance and quality reach a high level.​ In terms of applicable objects, woven infant down clothing is also manufactured in accordance with this standard. However, it should be noted that knitted infant down clothing is not covered by this standard, but is produced in accordance with FZ/T 73025-2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing". In addition, FZ/T 73053-2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" is not applicable to the field of infant products.​In terms of inapplicable objects, the standard explicitly excludes clothing filled with down and fiber blends, or with fiber blends or partitions. Currently, there are no corresponding national or industry standards for clothing filled with down and other fibers blends. In this case, relevant companies can independently formulate corporate standards that meet their production and market needs based on their actual conditions to regulate product production processes and quality control.

  • Down products have unique characteristics. Because the fiber is hollow inside, it can create an efficient heat preservation and cold protection system.   • 1. Preliminary sorting: Use pre-sorting equipment to sort the down raw materials and sort out the debris mixed in them to ensure the purity of the raw materials.​

    2. Preliminary dust removal: Use preliminary dust removal equipment to remove dust from the down that has completed the preliminary sorting to reduce the impact of dust on subsequent processing.​

    3. Detailed grading: With the help of detailed grading equipment, the down after preliminary dust removal is carefully graded according to the specifications of down, feathers and wing stems.​

    4. Deep purification: Use deep purification equipment and add professional down purifiers during the cleaning process to deeply purify the down and remove grease, dust and odor.​

    5. Mechanical dehydration: Use mechanical dehydration equipment to dehydrate the deeply purified down and quickly reduce the water content of the down.​

    6. Drying and deodorization: Drying and deodorization equipment is used to dry the down after mechanical dehydration to achieve deodorization and a certain degree of disinfection.​

    7. Cooling and reprocessing: Use cooling and reprocessing equipment to cool the down after drying and clean up the residual impurities again.​

    8. Strict inspection: According to strict inspection standards, the down products after cooling treatment are inspected to ensure the quality meets the standards.​

    9. Packaging and warehousing: The down products that have passed the inspection are packaged using packaging equipment according to different varieties, and then stored in the warehouse after packaging.
