50% Grey Duck Down

The core down-producing areas of the abdomen and neck of gray ducks are carefully selected, and a scientific ratio process is used to combine 50% high-loft gray duck down and 50% high-quality feather fibers to form a natural warm composite structure. The down is in the shape of a three-dimensional reed cluster, and the surface of each down is densely covered with a precise triangular pore grid to build a dynamic temperature control microcirculation system - when it is cold, the fiber naturally curls to form an air insulation layer, and when it is hot, the fiber stretches to promote moisture discharge, achieving dual intelligent regulation of temperature and humidity. The unique hollow fiber structure can efficiently absorb the heat emitted by the human body, while forming a natural thermal insulation barrier, effectively blocking the invasion of external cold currents, and bringing just the right light and warm experience.

  • It is mainly used in clothing made of textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and down as the filling material. In this type of clothing, down is used in the main filling areas such as the body and sleeves to ensure the key indicators of the clothing such as warmth retention. However, other filling materials are allowed to be used in smaller areas such as plackets, pocket flaps, hoods, collars, etc., but the selected other filling materials must strictly comply with relevant national mandatory standards, such as GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products". From the perspective of applicable objects, woven infant down clothing can use 50% grey duck down and follow this standard. However, knitted infant down clothing is not included in this list, and its production must be carried out in accordance with FZ/T 73025 - 2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing". The standard FZ/T73053 - 2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" is not applicable to the production of infant knitted down clothing. At present, there is no national standard or industry standard in China regarding the blending of down and other fibers for filling. If an enterprise has the production needs of such products, it can formulate internal standards to regulate the production process based on its own actual situation.

  • Down products have obvious advantages. The hollow fiber builds a reliable warmth system with strong cold-proof ability. Its lightness and softness make it easy and comfortable to wear, and it is stress-free whether it is daily storage or carrying out. It has strong fluffy ability, so the clothes always stay in good condition, are not easy to wrinkle, and are natural and generous to wear. In terms of dryness, it can efficiently handle sweat and ensure the body is dry.

  • 1. Raw material pretreatment: Use raw material pretreatment equipment to pretreat the down raw materials, remove impurities and ensure the purity of the raw materials.

    2. Dust cleaning step: Use dust cleaning equipment to clean the down that has completed raw material pretreatment to reduce the impact of dust on processing.

    3. Fine grading process: With the help of fine grading equipment, the dust-cleaned down is finely graded into down, feathers of different specifications, wing stems, etc.

    4. Deep cleaning process: Use deep cleaning equipment and add down-specific cleaning agents during cleaning to deeply clean the down and remove all kinds of impurities and odors.

    5. Mechanical dehydration operation: Use mechanical dehydration equipment to mechanically dehydrate the down after deep cleaning to quickly reduce the moisture content.

    6. Drying, deodorization and disinfection process: Use drying, deodorization and disinfection equipment to dry the mechanically dehydrated down to achieve deodorization and disinfection.

    7. Cooling and re-cleaning step: With the help of cooling and re-cleaning equipment, the dried down is cooled and the residual impurities are cleaned again.

    8. Quality inspection process: According to the quality inspection standards, the down products are subjected to quality inspection after cooling and re-cleaning to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.

    9. Packaging and storage management: Down products that have passed quality inspection will be packaged using packaging equipment according to different varieties, and then stored and managed.
