  • 80% pure white goose down is mainly used in clothing products with textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and down as the main filling. In clothing production, down filling is used in the main parts such as the body and sleeves to ensure the warmth retention and quality of the clothing. For relatively small parts such as plackets, pocket flaps, hoods, collars, etc., other fillings can be selected under the premise of complying with the national mandatory standard GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products".​ For applicable objects, woven infant down clothing is also produced in accordance with this standard. However, it should be noted that knitted infant down clothing should comply with FZ/T 73025-2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing" standard, and FZ/T 73053-2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" standard does not apply to infant knitted down clothing products.​This product is not suitable for garments filled with a mixture of down and fiber, or with fiber filling in layers or zones. At present, there are no national or industry standards in China for down and other fiber blended fillings. If an enterprise is involved in the production of such products, it is necessary to formulate corresponding enterprise standards to regulate the production process and product quality based on its own actual situation.

    5. Rapid dehydration: Use rapid dehydration equipment to quickly dehydrate the down after deep purification and cleaning to reduce moisture. ​

    6. Drying, sterilization and deodorization: Use drying, sterilization and deodorization equipment to dry the down after rapid dehydration to achieve sterilization and deodorization effects. ​

    7. Cooling and secondary impurity cleaning: With the help of cooling and secondary impurity cleaning equipment, the dried down is cooled and residual impurities are cleaned at the same time.​

    8. Strict quality inspection link: According to the strict quality inspection standards, the down products after cooling and cleaning of secondary impurities are strictly inspected to ensure quality. ​

    9. Packaging and warehousing arrangement link: The down products that have passed the strict quality inspection are packaged according to different varieties using packaging equipment and then arranged for warehousing.
