80% White Goose Down

Originated from the core down-producing areas of the abdomen, neck and wings of high-quality white geese, the natural down presents a unique form of delicate clusters like reed catkins, forming a golden ratio with the flaky feathers. As a rare animal protein fiber, the surface of each goose down fiber is densely covered with millions of nano-scale triangular pores. These precise pores are like micro-temperature control devices that can intelligently adjust the fiber gap according to the ambient temperature to form a dynamic temperature control network. When the warm breath naturally emitted by the human body contacts the down layer, the pore structure efficiently locks in the temperature through molecular-level adsorption, and at the same time constructs a three-dimensional heat insulation barrier, effectively blocking the invasion path of external cold air, bringing an all-weather constant temperature care experience.

  • It mainly targets clothing products with textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and down as the main filling. For relatively small areas such as plackets, pocket flaps, hoods, collars, etc., other fillings are allowed, but these fillings must comply with relevant national mandatory standards, such as GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products". The main parts of the clothing, such as the body and sleeves, are filled with down, and 80% ordinary white goose down has good applicability in this type of main filling scenario. In terms of applicable objects, this standard also applies to woven infant down clothing. However, for knitted infant down clothing, the standard FZ/T 73025-2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing" must be implemented. It is worth noting that FZ/T 73053-2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" does not apply to infant products. As for the inapplicable objects, this standard does not apply to clothing that uses down and fiber blended filling, or layered or zoned fiber filling. In view of the lack of corresponding national standards or industry standards in the field of down and other fiber blended filling, relevant companies can formulate corporate standards that meet their own characteristics based on their actual conditions.

  • The advantages of down products are obvious. The hollow fibers form a solid warm defense line, which is excellent for resisting the cold. It is light and soft, easy to wear and comfortable, and easy to store and carry. The fluffy ability is outstanding, and the clothes can stay flat for a long time, which makes them natural and decent to wear. In terms of dryness, it can quickly absorb sweat and discharge it, keeping you dry.

  • 1. Raw material rough selection stage: Use raw material rough selection equipment to rough select the down raw materials, remove obvious impurities, and provide a good raw material foundation for subsequent processing.

    2. Initial dust removal stage: Use the initial dust removal equipment to perform the initial dust removal on the down that has completed the raw material rough selection to reduce the dust content.

    3. Accurate classification stage: With the help of accurate classification equipment, the down after the initial dust removal is accurately classified into down, feathers of different specifications and wing stems.

    4. Deep cleaning stage: Use deep cleaning equipment, add down-specific cleaning agents during cleaning, and deeply clean the down to remove grease, dust and odor.

    5. Centrifugal dehydration stage: Use centrifugal dehydration equipment to centrifugally dehydrate the down after deep cleaning to efficiently remove moisture.

    6. Drying and disinfection stage: Use drying and disinfection equipment to dry the down after centrifugal dehydration to achieve disinfection and deodorization effects.

    7. Cooling and impurity removal stage: With the help of cooling and impurity removal equipment, the dried down is cooled and residual impurities are removed at the same time.

    8. Quality inspection stage: According to the quality inspection standards, the down products after cooling and impurities are removed are inspected to ensure product quality.

    9. Packaging and storage stage: The down products that have passed the quality inspection are packaged according to different varieties using packaging equipment and then stored.
