90% White Goose Down

Originated from the core down-producing areas of the abdomen, neck and wings of selected white geese, the natural down has a delicate reed-like clustered structure, forming a scientific ratio with the flaky feathers. As a model of high-end animal protein fiber, each goose down fiber contains tens of millions of micro triangular pores. These precisely arranged nano-scale pores have intelligent temperature control characteristics and can autonomously adjust the fiber gap with changes in ambient temperature to form a dynamic temperature control system. When the heat energy emitted by the human body touches the down layer, the pore structure quickly absorbs the heat through the capillary effect, while building a multi-level thermal insulation barrier to effectively block the penetration path of external cold air and ensure a constant temperature and comfortable experience.

  • It has specific application scenarios and scopes in the field of clothing. When using textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and down as the filler to produce clothing, 90% ordinary white goose down has clear usage specifications. For major parts such as the body and sleeves of clothing, it is appropriate to fill them with 90% ordinary white goose down to ensure the high-quality warmth retention of the clothing. For small parts such as plackets, pocket covers, hoods, collars, etc., although other fillers can be used, these fillers must comply with the corresponding national mandatory standards, such as GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Wadding Fiber Products". From the perspective of applicable objects, if it is woven infant down clothing, 90% ordinary white goose down can be used according to relevant standards. However, knitted infant down clothing is not included in this list. They must comply with FZ/T 73025 - 2019 "Infant Knitted Clothing" standard. FZ/T73053 - 2015 "Knitted Down Clothing" is not applicable to infant knitted down clothing. In terms of inapplicability, 90% ordinary white goose down is not suitable for clothing filled with a blend of down and fiber. Since there are currently no national or industry standards for down and other fiber blended fillings, companies involved in such products need to formulate their own corporate standards based on actual conditions.

  • Down products have outstanding characteristics. The hollow fibers create an excellent thermal insulation and cold protection system, which has a significant warmth-retaining effect. The texture is light and soft, comfortable to wear, and extremely convenient to store and carry. The high fluffiness makes the clothes less likely to wrinkle and appear natural and smooth when worn. It also performs well in moisture wicking, quickly absorbing and discharging sweat to keep you dry.

  • 1. Pre-sorting of debris: Use the pre-sorting equipment to pre-sort the down raw materials, remove the debris, and ensure the smooth subsequent processing.

    2. Preliminary dust removal: Use the preliminary dust removal equipment to perform preliminary dust removal on the down that has completed the pre-sorting of debris to improve the cleanliness of the down.

    3. Detailed classification work: With the help of detailed classification equipment, the down after the preliminary dust removal is carefully classified into down, large, medium and small feather pieces, and large and small wing stems.

    4. Comprehensive purification and cleaning: Use comprehensive purification and cleaning equipment, add professional down purifiers during cleaning, and comprehensively purify and clean the down to remove impurities and odors.

    5. Rapid dehydration treatment: Use rapid dehydration equipment to quickly dehydrate the down after comprehensive purification and cleaning to reduce moisture.

    6. Drying, sterilization and deodorization: Use drying, sterilization and deodorization equipment to dry the down after rapid dehydration to achieve the effect of sterilization and deodorization.

    7. Cooling and secondary impurity cleaning: With the help of cooling and secondary impurity cleaning equipment, the dried down is cooled and residual impurities are cleaned at the same time.

    8. Strict quality control: According to the strict quality control standards, the down products after cooling and cleaning of secondary impurities are checked to ensure quality.

    9. Packaging and inventory arrangement: The down products that have passed the strict quality control are packed according to different varieties using packaging equipment and then arranged for inventory.
